how to pay
- By Mail
- The easiest way is to mail your payment in the addressed envelope included with the citation. Make sure to get the envelope postmarked within 72 business hours (Monday through Friday excluding holidays) of receiving the citation.
- In Person
- Payment can be made in person at the Pensacola Plaza branch of Coastal Bank & Trust at 125 W. Romana St., Pensacola, FL 32502 (View Map)
- By Phone
- Payment can be made by phone by dialing the toll free number 1-866-890-2807. Make sure to have the applicable ticket number and the license plate ready.
- Online
- Payment can be made securely online by visiting www.parkingticketpayment.com/pensacola. Make sure to have the applicable ticket number and license plate ready. Remember - when entering license plate information substitute the number 0 for the letter O.
Please note that payments for parking citations cannot be accepted at the Parking Management office.
how to appeal
You have the right to appeal a citation within 72 hours of issuance. To appeal a citation, fill out the information on the back of the ticket and mail it to the address shown. The appeal must be postmarked within 72 hours of issuance, excluding Sundays and holidays.
registration holds
To release a Registration Hold, you must come, in person, to 41 North Jefferson St., Suite 401, Pensacola, FL 32501 (View Map). Only cash or money order will be accepted.
